You may only make use of your license for the Adamx Tweaking Utility software if you agree to comply with all terms stated in this agreement.

License Grant

You're granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited rights license to install and use the Adamx Tweaking Utility. The rights that you are granted under this license are subject to the terms of this agreement, and you may only make use of the license if you comply with all applicable terms.

Restrictions Of Use

All rights not explicitly granted in this agreement are reserved.

You may not do or attempt any of the following with respect to the software: (A) copy, reproduce, distribute or store it (including via a network server), or use it in a way that is not explicitly authorised in this agreement; (B) reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, de-compile, or derive source code from it; (C) remove, disable, or modify any proprietary notice or label or security technology included in it. You may not share the software or files that you were only given access to as a result of purchasing with other people. Doing or attempting any of the previous could lead to the termination of your license.

Refunds

By sending the payment, you agree that you are purchasing a non-refundable license for an electronic software which in this case, is the Adamx Tweaking Utility software. If you attempt to refund the money at any time, you will be breaking our policy, forfeiting your license and will be denied a refund of any amount. The purchase of the Adamx Tweaking Utility software is final and non-refundable.

Upgrading your computer's parts affects your license for the Adamx Tweaking Utility

This license is for 1 computer only; you are allowed to upgrade only 1 component of your computer & keep using the license, but if you upgrade more components and want to keep access for the Adamx Tweaking Utility software you will need to purchase a new license which will be at a 15% discount off the original price, and in the future if you ever need to purchase other licenses, the discount will keep increasing 5% off with each license until it reaches 25% off and then it stays at that for any other future licenses.

NOTE 1: Adding multiple ram sticks will count as just 1 part, not the actual amount of ram sticks added.

NOTE 2: Adding multiple storage drives will count as just 1 part, not the actual amount of drives added.

Termination

Your license may, with or without your notice, get terminated if you are, or if it's suspected that you are failing to comply with any of the terms of this EULA. Upon termination, you lose all the rights you were granted in this agreement and you shall cease all use of the Adamx Tweaking Utility software and delete all copies of it.

Disclaimer Of Warranties

You acknowledge and agree that the Adamx Tweaking Utility software is provided on an "as is" basis and without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to, the warranties of merchant-ability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation Of Liability

In no even shall we be liable to you for any damages, including any general, special or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Adamx Tweaking Utility software.

Additional Terms

The terms of this EULA may need to be revised and updated at any time, the updated terms shall automatically apply to the corresponding version of the Adamx Tweaking Utility and to all current users of the Adamx Tweaking Utility software.
